We ship worldwide. Once your order is packed and ready to leave the warehouse you will receive an email providing you with tracking information.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and estimated weight of the order. To get an estimate of how much shipping will cost to your country, please follow these steps:

Who delivers the ordered goods?
UPS will deliver your order.
When can I expect my delivery?
If you order and pay for an item before 13.00, the order will be sent the same day by UPS. Orders we receive after 13.00 will be dispatched the following day. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be forwarded to UPS on the Monday. Partsfrog will not be shipping on Dutch public holidays. To avoid any confusion, please check the annual calendar for the exact dates.
Can I get a precise delivery estimate?
You can follow your parcel’s progress with track & trace. Please understand that we cannot promise an exact delivery time. It depends on the number of parcels to be delivered that day, traffic, and even weather conditions.
What happens if I am not home when the order is delivered?
The UPS driver will drop a note through your letter box specifying the nearest UPS Access Point where you can collect the package yourself.
Can I have the order delivered to a different address?
Yes. If you want the order delivered to a different address you can indicate this when ordering. The delivery address does not need to be the same as the address on the invoice.
I received a different item to the one I ordered
It goes without saying our staff do their very best not to send out the wrong items. Nevertheless, you may receive an item you have not ordered. If so, you should contact our customer services team. We will ensure we send you the correct product.
