Not sure which part fits your Dell?

The fastest and easiest way to identify your product model and get personalized support is to let the Dell Support website detect your product or to enter your product's Service Tag. Your Dell Service Tag is 7 characters long alphanumeric and is located on the bottom of your system or the back of your device.

To do so, just follow thise simple steps:

  • • Open up your browser and navigate to support.dell.com.
  • • Enter your Service Tag or let it detect automatically via the Detect Product Button.
  • • On the Product Page click the Product Details: View system configuration Button.
  • • Click the Original configuration tab to show the configuration the system was ordered with. There you will also find detailed information about the hardware components like part number, quantity and a description.

 

Placing an Order
Placing an order is simple and secure. Please use the shopping cart and checkout on this website. You can pay securely online by PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, American Express, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, VPAY and Bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you should know that the delivery time is counted from the receipt of payment and confirmation of our bank.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and estimated weight of the order. To get an estimate of how much shipping will cost to your country, please follow these steps:

Can I place an order by email?
Yes, you can place an e-mail order to our Orders Desk at sales@partsfrog.com.

The order will be processed by Partsfrog if the e-mail contains all of the following information:

  • • Product (Dell P/N) and quantity
  • • Contact name
  • • Contact email
  • • Contact telephone number
  • • Organisation name
  • • VAT number if EU and registered for VAT
  • • Billing address / Shipping address
  • • Payment type - how you would like to pay

When we receive an order we will check that all details are correct and either contact you directly with queries or simply confirm the order by email.

Do the prices you quote on the website include VAT?
Yes - all our prices are including 21% VAT.

 

Business purchases - 0% VAT
When placing an order as a non-Dutch business paying business tax outside of the Dutch borers, your business will be eligible for VAT free purchases. To do this, please include your business information and a VAT number. To place an order, send an email to sales@partsfrog.com.

 

Do I have to pay VAT?
Whether or not you have to pay VAT (value added tax) depends on the shipping destination. If we have to ship your order to a country inside the EU then we are obliged to add VAT. If we have to ship your order to a country outside the EU then we don’t have to add VAT. Keep in mind though that the customer may have to pay import duties or import taxes on their order. In most cases you can import up to a certain amount without paying import duties. This varies from country to country. Please check this with your customs department.

How secure is online ordering?
Ordering via Partsfrog is completely secure. Our webshop uses an SSL Extended Validation connection (EV). This can be identified by the green text in the address bar, specifying the Parts Frog B.V. name. This means that all data transferred between you and our webshop is encrypted.

 

Can I cancel an order?
An order can only be cancelled if we have not dispatched it yet. Please contact us to make sure your order has not yet been dispatched. You should preferably do this by sending an email to sales@partsfrog.com.
