If I am not satisfied with my product can I return it?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product up to 30 days from the date you receive it and get a full refund or exchange the product for a different one.
How do I return my product(s)?
To send the item back please fill in the Partsfrog returns form (found at the bottom of this page) and send it back to the relevant address. We will process your refund within 2-5 business days after receiving your return.

Who pays for shipping on returns?
Partsfrog will pay for shipping where goods have been incorrectly supplied, or are faulty, but for everything else the cost of returning the goods will be the buyers’ responsibility.
What happens once we have received the returned goods?
We will keep in communication with you and will either send a replacement part (if required) or if a replacement is not available, or not required, we will issue a refund.
I have received something different to the item I ordered?
The Partsfrog team endeavour to make no mistakes, but occasionally one can occur (we are only human after all). Should you receive an item that you did not order, please contact the Partsfrog customer service team so we can swiftly correct our mistake.
